— Chapter One —
The Return
Returns are handled through your Dragonfly account and the Royal Mail Returns Portal. Four steps and your refund will be on its way home.
Applies ToAll UK customers, within 30 days of receiving your order. Excludes Last Remaining, Club, and customised pieces.

Step One
Sign In
Log in to your Dragonfly account and select the order you'd like to return.

Step Two
Request
Follow the steps to request your return, we'll review it and email you back.

Step Three
Royal Mail
Create your Royal Mail return label using the link in our email.

Step Four
Post It Back
Package securely with your order number inside, then drop at any Royal Mail point.

Create your return label and book your drop off.

A £3.00 service charge is deducted from your refund to cover the return label and handling. Original shipping is non refundable, and there are no restocking fees.

What's Returnable
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they come back to us in the same loved condition they left.
Ready To Return
If She's Still Looking Brand New
- In her original condition, unworn and unwashed
- In her original packaging, with tags attached where applicable
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
Please Note
A Few Pieces Can't Come Back
- Gift cards, free gifts, and promotional items
- Last Remaining Collection pieces
- Customised and Club items, made just for you
A Note On Sublimated Fabrics
Pilling may occur on sublimated fabrics in areas of friction, particularly the back or seat, or where in contact with velcro. This is an inherent quality of the fabric and is not considered a fault.

Two small things worth knowing, about exchanges and our extended window for gifting season.
Exchanges
A Little Different Here
We're unable to offer exchanges, as our stock moves quickly and the size you want might not be there when we receive your return. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the unwanted piece for a refund.
Christmas Window
An Extended Hand For Gifts
Items bought between 1 November and 24 December may be returned until 15 January, or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is later. All other return conditions apply.

The Royal Mail Returns Portal is available for UK returns only. From overseas, please arrange your own tracked postage to the address below.

To Avoid Customs Charges
A Couple Of Small Details
- Mark the package clearly as Returned Goods on the customs declaration
- Include a copy of your original invoice or receipt inside the parcel
- Keep your proof of postage, we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit
Customs fees incurred due to incorrect declarations may be deducted from your refund.

When She Comes Home
Once your return is with us and has been gently inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.
