Across Europe
From £10.00, up to 14 working days. For these destinations, import VAT and any customs duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

From 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat €3 customs duty per product type on orders under €150. This is included in your checkout total, so nothing further is owed on delivery.
A Note On Luxembourg & Spain
For these two countries, duties can only be pre paid on orders up to €150. Larger orders follow the standard duties on delivery process.

Elsewhere In Europe
From £10.00, up to 14 working days. For these destinations, our shipping partner cannot pre pay duties, so any import VAT and customs charges are settled on delivery.

How It Works On Arrival
- Import VAT is charged at your country's local rate on all orders, regardless of value.
- From 1 July 2026, orders under €150 also attract a flat €3 EU customs duty per product type. A parcel with two different product types would be €6, and so on.
- Customs duties may also apply on orders over €150, in addition to VAT.
- Your local postal service will contact you to arrange payment before delivery. Any charges are payable directly to your local customs, not to Dragonfly.
We recommend checking your local rates before ordering so you know what to expect.

The United States
£15.00 shipping, allow up to 14 working days. All applicable US customs duties are already included in our prices, so there's nothing more to pay when your order arrives.
All In, No Surprises
- From 29 August 2025, the US $800 duty free exemption was removed, meaning all imports are now subject to customs duties regardless of value.
- We use Royal Mail's Delivered Duties Paid service and have built these duties into our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay.
- No surprise bills from US Customs. Your order is released and delivered without any additional charges at the doorstep.

Rest Of World
£10.00 flat rate shipping, up to 14 working days. Any duties or local taxes are payable on delivery and remain the customer's responsibility.
We ship to most countries beyond the UK, Europe, and the United States for a flat £10.00. Please note that any import duties, sales taxes, or customs handling fees are set by your local authorities and paid on delivery. We recommend checking your local rates before ordering so you know what to expect.
