EU SALES

From £10.00, please allow up to 14 working days.

• Import VAT is now always charged at the point of sale regardless of the order value—there’s no minimum exemption for low‑value items. Even the previous €22 threshold was abolished. 

• Customs duties (also called import duties) only apply when the order value exceeds €150. For goods valued at or below €150, customers only pay VAT—not duties.   

Please be aware all orders to the EU have Import VAT calculated and collected at checkout, so you won’t be charged VAT again upon delivery.

Orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning only import duties may apply—and these are only charged if your order value exceeds €150. Any applicable duties remain the customer’s responsibility and must be paid for the goods to be released. We recommend checking your local customs duty rates before placing your order.

USA SALES

USA International Shipping, £15.00  Please allow up to 14 working days.

Effective from 29 August 2025

From 29 August 2025, new U.S. customs rules will apply to all imports. The previous US $800 duty-free exemption has been removed, meaning all goods entering the United States are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of value.

• Import VAT/Sales Tax – Not charged at checkout by us. Your local customs may apply sales tax upon entry.

• Import Duties – Calculated based on the item’s country of origin. If the applicable duty rate cannot be determined, U.S. Customs may apply a flat fee of approximately US $80.

• Postal Shipments (e.g., Royal Mail) – Duties will either be calculated at the relevant tariff rate or a flat fee (typically US $80–US $200), whichever is higher, based on the country of manufacture.

All duties and taxes are payable by the customer and must be settled before goods are released by U.S. Customs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations and tariff rates before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
